Returns & Cancellation
Smartshopper.ae represents products manufacturers and hence does not have a return policy unless its received in a bad condition or tampered in transit.
You may return to smartshopper.ae within 3 days of its delivery if you are unsatisfied with it for any damage or tampering of the product. You may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order number details to get authorisation and further instructions on initiating the return.
You will be refunded for the total purchase price, less the original shipping cost and the cost of return shipping. However, if you receive damaged, defected or wrongly sent items, then, the original shipping cost and the cost of return shipping will be borne by us.
Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment refunded via CC/DC/NEFT transfers to their bank account.Help – My item arrived damaged. What next?
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email us with a photo of the damaged merchandise at email@example.com. In order to be eligible for a return, you must notify us of the damage within 3 days of receiving the order.

Normally food commodities have a shelf life and the goodness is confirmed by the manufacturer. In case any returns is called for, the same will be forwarded to the manufacturer when it comes to quality, taste, freshness, goodness, etc as well as other manufacturing commitments made by the manufacturer
